We make every effort to display the colors and finishes of our Cooklery products (including PVD coated gold items) as accurately as possible.
Please note that actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings or photographic lighting.

3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST as per the regulations of Uttar Pradesh.
We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking through our secure payment gateways.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer PAN India delivery.
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
While we strive to meet these timelines, Vankit Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather conditions, or local disruptions.
5. Returns and Replacements
Due to the nature of kitchenware and hygiene standards, returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a replacement.

6. Care and Maintenance (PVD Coated Cutlery)
To maintain the premium finish of your Cooklery gold-coated stainless steel, we recommend hand-washing with mild soap and a soft sponge.
Damage caused by abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals is considered “wear and tear” and is not covered under our replacement policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vankit Kitchen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.
8. Intellectual Property
The names Vankit Kitchen, Cooklery, and all logos, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Vankit Kitchen. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
